We aim to get you on the slopes as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for those last-minute mountain trips.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, OVERLYFREE ships to most major alpine destinations worldwide. International shipping times and fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your gear has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package from our HQ to your doorstep.

SIZING & FIT

How do I know which size to buy?
Most of our pieces, like the Audrey and Moonlight suits, are designed with a tailored, "second-skin" fit. We recommend sizing up if you prefer to wear extra-thick base layers.

The suit I want is "Cropped" (like the 1910). Will it keep me warm? Absolutely. Our cropped designs are engineered with high-waisted technical bottoms to ensure no skin is exposed. The specialized ribbed hems on our jackets are designed to seal in heat and block out wind.

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

Are OVERLYFREE suits waterproof?
Yes. Our collections feature advanced water-repellent coatings and windproof membranes. While they are designed to withstand heavy snow and mountain mist, they remain breathable to prevent overheating during active use.

How should I care for my white ski suit?
To keep your "White Mist" or "1910" suit pristine, we recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth. For a deep clean, use a professional service that specializes in technical outerwear or follow the specific care label instructions inside the garment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident in your gear. We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used on the slopes.

Can I exchange my suit for a different size?
Yes! If the fit isn't perfect, we offer free exchanges for different sizes (subject to availability).

GIFTING

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our packaging is designed to be a "gift-opening experience" by default. Each suit comes in a premium OVERLYFREE box. For an extra touch, you can add a personalized mountain-themed note at checkout.
